Add Dive Computers: Cressi Leonardo 2.0

At the moment the Cressi Leonardo 2.0 is not in "Supported Dive Computers".
It would be really great, if the new Leonardo 2.0 would be added.

Cressi may have just changed electromechanical characteristics while keeping the protocol the same - did you try to see if it works? In a completely unrelated scenario I tried a new piece of hardware with an older version of software and it worked just fine because the communication protocol remained the same.
