Hi,

I'm using Android SubSurface (v6.0.5576) with a Mares Puck 4 (v0105.01) dive computer.

One of my latest dive caused (for unknown reasons) my dive computer to go into fault mode and to show "RESET" on the display while returning to surface, and then to show the maximum No Flight time for two days.

Fortunately I had no other dives planned for few days, so I was safe, but I cannot access the data from that day's other dives with SubSurface.

I can download dives information with Mares app, which can retrieve both previous dives and the faulty one (which shows weird values such as 80 meters depths and other...).

When I try to download the data to subsurface, since it downloads them backwards, it is able to retrieve the following dives, but when it reaches the faulty one, it stops downloading the list, showing me a dive with the date of 11 Oct 2023 at 23.55.

If I download all of the dives from the list, the "faulty dive" shows partially good data (the ascent), but it actually prevents me accessing the previous ones.

Since I'm not planning other dives in the upcoming month, I'm available to perform some other tests and trials, if needed, but I'm not a developer, so I might only attach logs, if needed (I found how to improve log details and how to copy it in the clipboard too...).

Thank you for your kind appreciated help, if possible.

Michele

Enable the "Save libdivecomputer logfile" checkbox, try to download your dives
until your reach the faulty dive (you may have to enable the "Force download of
all dives" checkbox as well) and send me the resulting log file.
