In the screenshot, you're trying to connect to a bluetooth device that
isn't your dive computer. Based on the name "MY CAR", that's a car! So
no surprise downloading dives doesn't work.
The reason why your dive computer isn't found is probably this:

I suspect you didn't give subsurface the necessary permissions and
therefore it can't perform a bluetooth discovery and only shows you
paired bluetooth devices.
