Hi,
I am trying to login into the cloud server and I don't get any e-mail with the PIN. I checked the Spam and junk mailboxes and nothing. The e-mail address is correct - since when I am asking to reset the password I am getting an e-mail with a link to reset it.
I tried this several times but nothing...
Any help would be appreciated!
