Go into Preferences (or Settings), Cloud. There you fill find the instructions to connect to your cloud account:

I'm new to Subsurface, and thanks for the cool tool, and while I was on a recent dive trip was able to download a few of my dive using my Android tablet and phone.  I'm pretty sure I set them up to use the cloud storage and wanted to view the dives on my Mac.  After installing the latest CICD version on the Mac I was looking around how to connect to the cloud data. 

All 3 of the cloud options under the File menu are greyed out and I don't see a place to explicitly define the cloud account.
