Wanneer ik mijn divecomputer (deepblue cosmiq) aansluit op mijn PC en ik probeer mijn bestanden te downloaden, geeft hij aan "fout bij openen van COM 1 deepblue (cosmiq+).
COM 1 kan ik niet wijzigen op het scherm.
Wat moet ik doen om dit op te lossen

It appears the Cosmiq communicates via Bluetooth. In that case you need to follow the instructions to download via Bluetooth. See the Subsurface user manual, section 5.2.2.
