Hello I am trying to sync my Suunto zoop to my spare android phone as I cannot use my Iphone.

I get stuck after the device connecting. It connects okay with DiveMate but I like Subsurface as you are on iphone so I use Subsurface and MacDive in conjunction with each other

Kind regards :)

hm...

"I have the same issue" is a little small info.
lets start with the main info:
which OS?
which version of subsurface?
which kind of connection?

ok?

and a bit more would also be nice. so, are there any other apps running in the background? how many dives are on your dc to synch (that could last some time to get them synched)?
have you the location service turned ON or OFF?

further it could be very helpfull if you could send the logfile after the issue (menue -> help -> about -> copy logfile to the pasteboard).

and - at last - it could be very helpfull not to be impatient because all developers have a fulltime job and are working on subsurface in the spare time for free.
so it could happen that all of them are busy at the moment but I'm shure the issue is on the list.

keep on howling

I get this is voluntary I just wanted to know if it was a known issue. I posted logs in May I don’t think that is impatient tbh. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not all developers read the user forum, and sometimes request are simply
overlooked too.

Anyway, your log from May doesn't contain any traces from a dive computer
download, so it's impossible to say what went wrong. You need to grab the log
immediately after the failed download attempt. The screenshot shows the firmware
version and serial number were obtained, which means at least some communication
did work.
