Help message bounced

Hello, 
I need help and submitted a request through the mobile app, Subsurface-mobile, on the 18th.  On the 23rd I received a bounce message from  MAILER-DAEMON@subsurface-divelog (dot) org
"This is the mail system at host mail.subsurface-divelog (dot) org."
"Connection refused."

Should I post everything here, including all the data that was sent in the "Ask for Support"?
