Cannot download from AquaLung i200c

Installed SubSurface today and connected using Bluetooth.
My Windows 10 laptop shows that it is connected to the DC, however when I try to down load it fails. I have run a log file and am attaching it to this message.
Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?

UPDATE: Installed app on iPhone and was able to connect and download all my dives.
