I am using Subsurface-Mobile for iOS version 2.1.5(4.8.4) on multiple iOS devices (iPhone XS Max, iPad Pro, and 2nd gen iPad), all running iOS 12.1. My cloud.subsurface-divelog.org/user/AndrewGray[at]gray.net account contains 68 dives.

With respect to dive computers, I have a Suunto D4i and an Oceanic ProPlus 2.1.

Subsurface-Mobile appears to be logged-in to this same account on my iOS devices. Nevertheless, it reports “No Dives in divelist.” While I am sure that I am doing something stupid to cause this, I cannot figure it out and I would appreciate your assistance with this issue. My logs are below.

Thanks,

Andrew

Any chance of getting assistance with this one?  I am also unable to get it to work on my Android device.

Thanks,

Andrew

First guess is that you are being bitten by the issue of having mixed case
email addresses. This does not work. Yes, that's silly, but that's the
reality. In the future we will simply force all email addresses to be
lower case only, but at this point having mixed case in the email address
that you use breaks things.
