I can no longer download dive details by bluetooth to my windows 10 laptop.

I am using a Windows 10 Laptop.

I want to continue to download dives from my OSTC 2 dive computer and save the details on Subsurface as I have done for years.

The laptop talks by bluetooth to the Dive Computer and the DC states "download mode enabled", then almost immediately the DC says "exited".  The LP / Subsurface software than says "no new dives downloaded".

What must I do to get my dives downloaded as before????

Any suggestions???
