Cressi Leonardo via FusionIR to Subsurface on Windows 10

ok, got my Leonardo to talk to my phone, through my new new FusionIR, onto DiveMate! Step 1, success! Can sync DiveMate up to Subsurface on laptop with Windows 10. But can't get Leonardo to talk direct to Subsurface with the FusionIR. Should it work? what am I missing please?

It should work. I have been using newton+fusionIR+subsurface for about 2 years now and leonardo+fusionIR+subsurface before that without any problems.

Are you using the correct serial (COM) port?

Guys with more knowledge can help you with troubleshooting.

What driver do you use? The divemate web site isn't being very helpful (or I'm just not finding it).

In my case FusionIR is recognised by windows as "Cressi pc interface"

It has been like this for a while, but I can't recall any difficulties getting it to work.

Danila,

 It may be that you just don't have the right drivers installed.

From emmdarakis's output, you probably just need the ftdi drivers from here:

  https://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm

and then you should see the right COM interface under Windows
