Revival

I am going to revive the Substrate project. Source will be added to
GitHub as soon as it is stable enough for me to feel happy putting it
up there.

I will attempt to keep the existing context configuration language at
least backwards compatible but I make no guarantees. Suggestions and
comments are welcome at this point.

Also, for what it is worth, stones are the new beans. :)
