There are very small changes in this release. The most notable change is that I've decided to undeprecate the substrate_Context::set() method while I consider its future.

I think that substrate-php should apply to be an Spring Extension. The
same with halo-php

That is an interesting idea. I wonder if they'd have any issues with my licensing or the fact that I'm modeling this stuff closely after Spring? I'll look into it and see. Thanks for the idea!

One think that It can be implemented in substrate is aop support. Can
be something like seasar container does but with the philosophy of
substrate keeping it simple. In repose you do something like that with
proxies.
