New Committers

Hello!

I was thinking it would be a good time to recognize some more of our regular contributors and promote them to committers.

Top of mind for me is Tornike Gurgenidze (tokoko), who has been an active contributor to substrait-python this year.

I would love to hear suggests from other folks as to contributors they think would make for good committers as well.
