Hello !
I've created a fork of Substeps and released under the substeps.org domain as there wasn't anyone interested / have the skills / given the time to maintain at Technophobia / G2G3.digital / OrangeBus.
There's a new github organisation, with new repos for substeps-framework and webdriver-substeps, plus some new docs (in progress and in need of a bit of UX love!), also hosted in a github repo as markdown to make updates and publishing simple and frequent.

Developer forks should build in Travis CI and releases are controlled using Rultor, again to make the whole process a lot easier and low maintenance.
There's also an intelliJ plugin for Substeps too with syntax highlighting, auto suggestions, ability to run features etc. (sorry Eclipse users, I'm not currently planning on updating the eclipse substeps plugin). Repo here and releases here
I'm more than happy to accept pull and feature requests, issues etc. If you're interested in joining the Substeps organisation and helping out with releases etc then let me know.
I'd make this an announcement, but this group is associated to my now deleted Technophobia account, even Technophobia can't re-take ownership! Moving forwards, I intend to create a gitter page for discussions / help and announcements etc.
