Club Business Issues

Hey all

So apparently nowabouts is the time for the various registrations and
everything that needs to be done so theres a few things I'll need help
with but I'll outline all thats going down.

1. Clubs Fair registration is fast approaching and I'm planning on
registering us for the two days of orientation as well as the Wendsday
of that week. Apparently we can only have two people manning the
table at anytime so those interested in doing such let me know when
you can and we can work something out. The times of clubs fair are
9-5 on orientation days and 9-4 otherwise. Since the Wendsday is the
first day of classes I'll need someone to cover for the 10 o'clock
hour and the 2 o'clock hour, otherwise I'll just register us for mon-
tues as we need a presence at the table the entire time apparently.

2. Apparently the office registration is coming up so 2 things need
to be done on that front. Firstly I'll need all the keys to turn in
and what not. Secondly apparently if I'm reading the email correctly
the room has to be cleaned out by August 7 and then we can move back
in once the room has been cleaned a week or two later... I'm going to
email someone about this due to the amount of furniture plus the
effort it would take but it looks as though we may have to figure
somethign out on this front. I'll update you all when I find out
more.
