Job Description ::
Managed Workplace, Desktop Client Services - L3 Level Desktop
Client Services L3 SME, ability to handle L3 calls.
• Relevant Service Desk experience - 48 to 60 months. Total Experience 4 – 5
years. Flexible to work in shifts. Minimum of 10+2+3 full time of education.
• IT Service desk L3 Support: L3 support to service and manage tickets
pertaining to SCCM SW Deployment and Patch Management, Office 2010, Lync,
Outlook, AV support support in Managed Services
