Getting an Error

Hello Team, Good Morning!

currently i am trying to install the Subariner in one of my stg k8s cluster (Rhel os). i follow the youre documentation. i have successfully deployed the broker but the cluster not joining properly and opertaor shows the below logs, can you pls helm me out how to fix this issesu.
