I also presume you have your firewall in interactive mode e.g. each time a new program tries to connect to the internet you're asked if you should allow/deny, remember etc. If you are not sure what to do with popups you might benefit from setting the firewall into automatic - that way Eset basically evaluates the programs for you and allows/blocks them depending on the risk. You can then still use that troubleshooter if something gets blocked.

We have pretty good KB instructions for the troubleshooting wizard as well, hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2899/#wizard, let us know if that doesn't work so we can make sure we have the most relevant content updated there to help with issues like these.

I want to add to this thread and post that after 9.0.375.0 came out, I have had nothing but problems. Windows Store Apps will not update "all" of them. My Second Life "Game" keeps saying it found a Degrade in Performance and locks up. My printer, my WD Cloud HDD, and other stuff are getting BLOCKED! I have hit unblock but they just block it again. I have uninstalled, used the eset uninstaller, did a clean install of Windows 10 and nothing wants to work properly unless I just uninstall eset and leave it off the computer. This needs to get fixed asap!

I recently updated my computer's operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I'm now facing problems when trying to update my ESET Internet Security and always get an error message "ESET internet security Module update failed undocumented serious error (0x4002)."

I'm confused by log collecting. There are what look like to entirely separate log collection facilities, one described at -how-do-i-use-eset-log-collector, and the other in ESET Internet Security under Help and Support -> Technical Support.

I reinstalled the software for update at first but it freezed my laptop so I tried to reinstalling it AGAIN.
I've tried 3 TIMES and in last one I used the uninstaller tool but it didn't completely worked and when I restarted my computer from safemode and tried to install it again, There was an error saying "A latest version of eset security is already on this computer" but there isn't.
