Encountering issue in Subjectpuls 4.6 version

Dear all,

Recently we have installed Subjectplus -4.6 version with PHP version 8.4, Ununtu 24.4 .

in local host the framework is running well, while opening through ip from another systemt, the framework is appearing plain.

The SS is attched for our reference.

Please gude me to fix the issue
