Modify Best Bets

I see that in SP 1.0.1 Best Bets is no longer a simple box to add and
remove titles from this area. I agree that the popup was a potential
issue and like them better as an Editable Box.

The source code looks like this:

Question, how do I add a database to the list. I think I could remove
one, but how to I add another item to the list?

I want to add one called Sage Journals Online

<li>{{dab},{19},{Sage Journals Online},{10}}</li>

but the 19 isn't right. How do I find the correct number?

I opened the MySQL and found Sage is #66

SO I added
<li>{{dab},{66},{Sage Journals Online},{10}}</li>

And the link works.

Is there a simpler way to modify the Best Bet?

I didn't change the [10] but it might be helpful to know where this
table is pulling the results from.

Hi Nathan,

The way that works has changed in 1.0, so that now you add databases
(and FAQs etc.) via the second row of icons in the WYSIWYG window of
an editable box. Because the Best Bets were all migrated in when you
moved to 1.0, it might not be obvious where those "tokens" came from.
There's no "Best Bets" per se anymore; you can just choose to make a
box with Best Bets by inserting the databases/records that you'd like
to point to. The new way is more flexible--you could do a list of
links, or you could do a link in the middle of a sentence or stick in
a big picture for that matter.

So, what you're doing is right. In future, I want to hide those token
string with an image that you click and then modify it that way, but
it wasn't obvious how to do this via FCKeditor (the script that
generates the WYSIWYG window) and I haven't had time to figure it out.
It's on the wish list for a future revision.
