Guide Collections take longer time to load

Dear Team,

We are facing some issue for Guide collection links that takes too much time (approx. 45-60 seconds) but rest links in subjectplus is working fine.

This is happen only in Live server (Linux - CentOS7) but in local (using xampp) it's working fine.

Does anyone has face this issue? how to resolve this issue?

Version we are using following versions:

SubjectPlus version: 4.3

PHP version: PHP 7.3.22

MySQL: 5.7.25
