How to add new dropdown value in record form page?

Dear Team,

Is it possible to add new dropdown values in the following field on this page ( localhost/subjectsplus/control/records/record.php)
  1. Format
  2. Access Restrictions
  3. Status
and how to display the Default Source Type field that is on the record.php page to display in as a dropdown databases.php
