Uncaught error with CKEditor

Hi all,

We just installed SP on our server and are getting a variation of the following error whenever we try to add an Editable Box, Link List, Image Card, or Subject Specialist to a guide. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have sudo privileges on the server and limited to no IT support, so I have to fix it myself somehow. We're running SP on a Centos 7 apache server, mysql version 15.1, php version 7.4.16. I know that php 7 isn't technically supported yet, but we have to use php 7 for the other applications we run on this server. If that is what's causing the issue, is there a workaround?

Hi Magnus,

It sounds like the path to CKEditor (/var/www/html/SubjectsPlus/ckeditor/ckeditor.php) isn't correct.  You might want to look for this in Admin > Config Site > Server

and fiddle with that path--it's greyed out because it usually works, but you can click the "Not right?" link below to make it editable because sometimes it doesn't...

Usually, if the base URL is okay, that is, too.

I hope this points you in the right direction.
