Current limitations and challenges faced by families while using SubhanAllah Matrimony are as given below
1. Issues while filling form from mobile.
2. Dependency on emails on weekly basis to check the new profiles
3. Excel sheet needs to be downloaded for checking the profiles and families found it difficult to use excel sheet.
4. All email ids and phone numbers were visible to all members which caused families to receive calls from profiles which didnt match their criteria.
