Hello everyone,
Our team is glad to announce that SubGit 3.3.0 is now available for download at
http://subgit.com/. This version is an important new release, and we do recommend you to upgrade.
New in SubGit 3.3.0:
New feature: subgit verify. It checks the consistency of the mirror and identifies Subversion revisions that are missing in Git repository.
Fixed: possible data losses in Git repository on concurrent changes from both SVN and Git. See more details below:
Why is that important?
Although data losses only happened under very specific circumstances, we would like you to be sure that it has never happened to you — and never will. So we suggest you to upgrade your SubGit instance to version 3.3.0.
To upgrade:
2. Run `subgit install REPO_PATH` (where REPO_PATH is the path to your Git repository) for each Git repository.
Note: `subgit verify` will run automatically after the installation. This may take some time.
3. If missed revisions were found, run `subgit install --rebuild REPO_PATH` to fix that.
Would you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us at
sup...@subgit.com or on this mailing list.
Kind regards,
Semyon Vadishev,
