NPE on Branch Switch.

Hello everybody.

I have a problem with Switching Branches. 

In log I have:

An internal error occurred during: "SVN Switch".

java.lang.NullPointerException

at org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.commands.SwitchToUrlCommand.run(SwitchToUrlCommand.java:98)

at org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui.operations.RepositoryProviderOperation.execute(RepositoryProviderOperation.java:74)

at org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui.operations.SVNOperation.run(SVNOperation.java:90)

at org.eclipse.team.internal.ui.actions.JobRunnableContext.run(JobRunnableContext.java:151)

at org.eclipse.team.internal.ui.actions.JobRunnableContext$ResourceJob.runInWorkspace(JobRunnableContext.java:76)

at org.eclipse.core.internal.resources.InternalWorkspaceJob.run(InternalWorkspaceJob.java:39)

at org.eclipse.core.internal.jobs.Worker.run(Worker.java:55)

I found fix for this in commit below:

My subclipse version ( believe the newest) :

  Subclipse 4.2.3.201707071932 org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.feature.group Subclipse

Is it possible that given fix ( from 2016 ) is not in this version?

Based on the tags, that change should be available in 4.2.0 onward.
