Switching to Bad URL Causes Problems

I had question about when a specific "fixed" issue would be available on the update site: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1654

Could someone let me know when that will happen, or at least how to stay in the loop so I will be able to tell when it does happen?

It is available now if you install the new 4.2.0 version from the new update site.  See:
