Not much included.

Update client adapter API to latest build
- Contains fix for SVNUrl with # in name #33

This is mainly a housekeeping release to start preparing for SVN 1.10. This requires doing a version bump so need to get branches and build system setup to handle multiple branches etc.

I do not have any plans to add support for new SVN features, but do want to get a release posted that will work with the 1.10 binaries and this will also make it easier to receive pull requests for the new features if someone wants to add them.
