I am writing this mail on behalf of NAKSHATRAM M Block; Chinchwad- 411033.
We wanted to put our concerns regarding the
subjected matter however getting hold of Pune ThyssenKrupp team seems to be difficult, we are waiting for their response.
Our main concern to get the exact technical reason on how working drive got faulty
suddenly; as there was multiple communication happen with service engineer and as per there were no issues at all with M1 lift.
Also to highlight to you that this has happened 3rd time from the last 3 consecutive years that whenever there is service renewal stage comes in then there is case of faulty drive which gets raised suddenly from ThyssenKrupp team.
Firstly we as Core team, Leading the society and front ending this & for all the member of society, we need to provide the strong technical reason on how the working lift suddenly got drive faulty.
Secondly even the quote which is provided has much higher figures than ever before, we request to have this relooked and provide the revised quote.
Third is that, we had major issues couple of months back regarding the service provided by the ThyssenKrupp team to NAKSHATRAM M Block; And that time we recommended to change the Escalations contacts for our building from top to bottom [Up to 3 levels] however that was not agreed by ThyssenKrupp team providing the technical\internal reasons. Today we again reiterate that point & expecting your positive response.
