We should lock all terrace doors [with new locks] & after doing that we may put the notice on all wing notice boards stating WHY this ACTION taken !!!!!!

The same incident happened with M1 today. The lift switch was manually off by someone and lift was showing not working. This is for upper tanks also. Someone is daily changing cock position for upper tanks. I am locking all terrace by tomorrow and considered that all committee member are agreed on it. Today @ 15:30 PM some one switched OFF the M4 Lift from the Lift room.
This is resolved after I logged the complaint with ThyssenKurpp & there service engineer observed this & rectified.
