Hi,

The Digiinfotech person had called me.
His MOU seems Ok and they have agreed to sign it only after website is created.
They will start their work as soon as we provide our acceptance. The information may be uploaded slowly.
As well they have office boy who can help in collection of information from members and tenants. And all this for free.
They will get revenue from ads on website.
Confidentiality clause is covered in MOU.
I feel we can go ahead. Pl let me know your views.
