Letter to Ex Committee

Dear All,

As decided in AGM a letter needs to be issued by the entire general body to the ex committee for closure of audits.

Please refer the attached letter which has been prepared on the basis of earlier letter. Pl review/revise.

Hi Tejas,

Letter seems perfect. One minor addition to the 4th point (in bold italics below):

Additionally request you to provide "to the existing Managing Committee" the queries raised by the auditors and the issues in timely completion of the Audit in writing by the Auditor urgently before 20 Aug 13. \
