Dear Mr. Patel,

1. We have reviewed the letter which starts with "I/We Mr. Deepak Madhav Dabir, Mrs. Jyoti Deepak Dabir & Mr. Pushpak Deepak Dabir here by certify that:" .

This indicates that the letter is written by Mr. Dabir and not by the management of the society.

Society Managing Committee can authorize this document, however due to points 1 and 2 it has to be signed by Dabir Family at the first place and then the society managing committee.

2. Point No 1 (except table) and Point 2 have to be certified by Mr. Dabir and not the society due to the context.

3. Point 6 indicates that SBI should be mentioned as Nominee of the property. I am copying our advisory team members for their opinion / suggestion about this process as so far it has always been family members of the owner as nominees.

3. Entire details of the flat like Sq. ft area of flat, terrace etc...needs to be mentioned in the table given in point 1.

Wish to hear from you so that we can close this in a day or two.
