AGM for the Year 2012- 2013

Dear All,

With the strong support of members, we have completed many activities for the betterment of the society in the past year from October 2012. This is the time where we needs to call the Annual General Meeting for the society. 

We need to do the plannings for successful AGM.

I request all of you to meet near M3 Entrance at 8.30 AM on Sunday, 21st July 2013 for discussion on the AGM.
