The mail-server recognizes the following commands:

help
send help on the mail-server (this text).
send filename
The file filename is returned to the requestor. The
requestor is the address specified in a Reply-To:
header, or if not available, in the From: header of the
mail message. All requested files are uuencoded before
they go out.
end Finish parsing the message. This command tells the
mail-server to ignore whatever follows. This may be
used to ignore a possible signature.
index
Send the index of available files.
Example:
$ mail mail-...@stasys.sta.sub.org
Subject: whatever
Reply-To: fu...@address.of.fubar
