First European Conference on Virtual Enterprises

Paderborn, Germany 7.-10.4.97

additonal remarks:
-Virtual Enterprises are technically based
on groupware and CSCW tools
-Virtual Enterprises are temporary distributed
networks of normal companies linked by IT
-Virtual Enterprises have nothing to do with
virtual reality or mailbox companies
-Lotus Notes and Domino is THE infrastructure
for VE at the moment

Due to the small participation numbers

-participants who are travelling more than
500 kilometers get 40% price off
to compensate travelling expenses
-people from universities (not students -
they are already very cheap) get DM 200
price off
