6-7 lb chicken,
1 cup melted butter,
1 cup stuffing,
1 cup uncooked popcorn.
salt and pepper chicken to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.
Place in baking pan in oven.
Listen for popping sounds; when chicken's butt blows out the
oven door and flies across the room, chicken is done.

Okay - but it would've been a bit better (especially for the non-chefs
among us) if you'd have started with a recipe for how to make a
chicken, before you gave us a recipe to use that chicken.

(My local supermarket has plenty of trays of chicken breasts and
thighs and so forth, but try as I might, I can never make a chicken
from them)
