Transition segment problem

Hello,

I'm trying to add the transition segment to eVTOL's  mission, but there are some errors reported during running the program：

1) When I add this transition segment to mission, the error indicates that there are no 'throttle' and 'body_angle' attribute in 'Unkowns'.

2) After adding these two attributes to 'Unkowns', as well as adding some attributes to 'Aerodynamic', but I didn't add any attributes to 'Resdiuals', I get the error in the image below.

I tried later and found that the more attributes in the 'Lift_cruise ' network I added to 'Unkowns' and 'Residuals', the bigger gap in the shape of the inputs and outputs became. 

I'd like to know why this error occurs and would appreciate any suggestions on how I can solve this problem.
