Battery module weight factor meaning

Hello all, 

Currently sizing the battery requirements for a conceptual electric aircraft and in the battery "initialize from mass module" the battery mass is divided by a module weight factor of 1.42.

Is anyone able to provide a source for the value of 1.42 and some more context as to its purpose?
