What's the best way for me to submit code base changes?

Ive created some issues on github, and fixes for them.

Issues are great. But personally I take time to fix them.

The best way, and it is extremely appreciated if you could do so, is submit a pull request. Bug fixes generally go quickly, especially if they're small. However, you will need to update the regressions test. Github will block PR's from merging until they pass.
