[SU 2013] - Търсят се Лидери на Групи за Рефлексия / Reflection Groups leader - Wanted!!!

Днес малко ще ви по спамя, още едно и спирам ...
Според последният вариант на Програмата, по време на вечерята ще се провеждат и Групи за рефлексия. Какво означава това? Търсим доброволци, които искат да прекарват по време на вечеря около 1 час с 5-6 от участниците, да разговарят с тях как се чувстват, дали имат някакви оплаквания, дали са научили нещо ново и интересно през деня, както и да им помага в подготвянето на специални задачки за всеки ден. Относно задачките ще пиша допълнително!
След това доброволците /Водачите на група за рефлексия/ трябва да споделят с останалите организатори как се чувстват участниците и дали можем по някакъв начин да направим престоят им по-добър! За сега желание са изявили: Диди, Ники, Веси, Алекс. Търсим още хора!!!! Единственото условие е да сте от началото до края на Летния с участниците, тъй като те ще свикнат с вас!
Не се притеснявайте!!! Кандидатствайте!!!

According to the last update of the Programme, during dinner there will be also Reflection groups meeting taking place. What does it mean? We are looking for volunteers to spend time during dinner, about 1 hours a day with 5-6 of the participants, to talk with them how do they feel, if they have any complains, or they have learned something new and interesting during the day, and to help them in the preparation of the special tasks for every single day. I will write additionally about the special tasks!
After that the voluneers /Reflection Group leaders/ need to share with the rest of the organisers how do the participants feel and if we could do something to make their stay till the rest of the event a better one! At this moment interested people are: Diana, Niki, Vesi and Alex. We are looking for more people!!! The only condition is that the group leader is staying from the start till the end of the Summer University as the participants will get used with you!
