We have been INTENTIONALLY been LIED to by law enforcement community
members. The law enforcement community consisting of city, state, and
federal denies their involvement then we all hear opposite when
listening to the police radio scanner.
I am still being the subject, target, dishonored victim and other
indications of HATE CRIMES, TERRORIST ACTS, TERRORISM and other scare
tactics and scary things.
I am tired of being the victim of UNPROFEFSSIONAL VERMIN SEWAGE that
are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. Send email to CONCORD
and COUNTY law enforcement agencies and demand an explanation of their
oppressive abusive behavior and actions. CONCORD and COUNTY
supervisors and demand an explanation of the oppressive abusive
behavior and actions of law enforcement officers and insist they
investigate and take responsive action. The vermin who are these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who for years been telling people and
I quoting: ALL we want to do is to talk to him. ALL we want to do is
to help him."
Listed below is a quick recap of just 1 major thing done to us by
CONCORD POLICE and the Contra Costa Sheriff's department who
intentionally failed to identify themselves to me and lied to other
people around.

After hearing in early 2003 on my scanner that an officer who had the
radio call sign designated as Sam2, told another officer that had the
radio call sign as Z20 made a comment of the effect to that officer of
"Doug is a cop hater from long ago." The officer at the time that had
the Z20 designation replied to the effect of
"Oh, that is good to know. All units don't help Doug, but give all
available assistance and any help to the neighbors involved in this."

The above is just 1 example of the REAL TRUTH that the law enforcement
community here in Contra Costa County and the city of CONCORD
California is INVOPLVED. I have no clue or any idea why other than
since the discovery of some certain officers and some people that I
have known for many years who are LIARS, CONSPIRATORS, DISHONEST,
VOICE of DECENCY and the list goes on.
For years this has been going on. Now to keep on my case they are
once again trying to find ways of telling people and having me
arrested for being somewhat disabled as I can't stand on my feet for
long periods of time and can NOT walk much without stopping and or
resting. I am unable to lift and hold on to things for normal periods
of time that is 5-10lbs or more. That is not even the tip of the all
the problems. My normal medical is chronic ulcerated colitis, chronic
chromes, sever pain, asmah. Now with heart & stoke problems thanks to
our disgrace we call local and county law enforcement.
Especially to a former friend who is helping concord police and with
help from a fellow worker Craig, who sold out all his friends in 95-95
(Chris thanks to maggot (rotting in hell)
Now they are still helping the neighbor's looks for ways to get rid of
me so they are not caught in this illegal conspiracy of which due to
heart attacks and strokes caused by them and by law enforcement
officers is now ATTEMPTED MURDER under the medical and hate crimes and
terrorist acts of 2000 if I am correct. If not please let me know.
These neighbors know of my medical and health problems and still
caused problems and with the co-operation of county and city law
enforcement officers trying to kill me by forcing me to have a fatal
attack. The sheriff's cause me to have a car crash and the loss of a
family car as well as heart attacks and strokes with help from concord
police department.
Also the other so called law enforcement officers with help from their
counter parts and other helpers in law enforcement fields once again
the vermin OFFICERS are in VIOLATION of our basic rights.
Why are so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS VIOLATING legally posted
WARNING SIGNS? Why is it that the law enforcement INTENTIONALLY lets
CONSPIRACY FLOURISH? Why do law enforcement officers support illegal
conspiracies? Why did these so called law enforcement officers
sabotage me with the neighbors? There is nothing like listening to
VERMIN SEWAGE that are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
I can logically only assume that I am Jewish, disabled and physically
defenseless is why these DISHONERABLE VERMIN who are these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are still TRYING TO KILL me. What kind of
law enforcement is that?
Why is it that these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS intentionally
and willfully ABUSE their power and authority? Why is it that they
illegally intentionally and willfully BREAK into a PRIVATE home of
anyone that they wish? The vermin who are these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who feel, act, behave and conduct themselves that
they are above the law, break the law any time that they wish and how
the wish to do so. Why is it that these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS intentionally and willfully ABUSE their power and authority?
When they know I take my pain meds before going into bed during MY
HOURS as I am not a day person and have no plans on changing into one
they stay outside my window and talk, play their radios, play their
cell phones loudly and make noise to keep me sleep deprived. 2 of
them KC? And C.F? who have known me for years are both now working
with law enforcement and I understand also dispatching for law
enforcement are outside my home with these maggots of the law. MR.
C.F? Who turned on friends for his special friend now who is now
probably in hell making trouble for others.
I done nothing and MAKE NOTE when I went to police when this 1st
started concord police sent out j? To come and talk to us and see what
is going on and REFUSED to even as little as make these maggot
neighbors stop their conspiracy by talking to them. Another officer
who was useless as far as I was concerned and then the officer who
made that statement way above D.?
I am ORDERING CONCORD POLICE and the SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT TO LEAVE ME
THE HELL ALONE AND TAKE THEIR PEOPLE AWAY FROM ME and quit trying to
find ways to arrest me and watch me when I dress, undress, use the
bathroom and tell me where they planted all the illegal electronic spy
equipment. I can't help wondering if maybe their officers would like
me to find their homes and do it to them or have people do it to them
for me? A very interesting thought.
I DEMAND REPAYMENT of money spent to protect myself. I DEMAND
replacement of the car and since they can try to keep me from getting
around if would be a good jester on their part they can now provide me
with a brand new VAN. Or wait until a court date and suit and other
action is filed and commences.
This length of time is remind me of a km? One of many conspiracy and
hate crimes in my direction. They have no real wish to help as they
tell their fellow people. The hate of cf? and km? is well known and
their viciousness just trying to keep hurting me and trying to make me
more problems especially learning my limited life expectancy.
TO all vermin….. GET OFF MY PROPERTY AND STAY THE F@#%^ away there is
NO positive mode coming from me after all you people has done to me!
These people are trying to get me to commit sucide by failure to help
me when they know I am in the right and also they are helping
neighbors and allowing illegal acts and hate crimes to continue. I
WILL not give in and I hope to continue to keep posting until I see
what I would call positive intervention. If law enforcement does not
like it then take my post and eat it reversibly.
