for all this illegal, unmoral, unethical, and unprofessional behavior
and illegal actions of these so called law enforcement officers to let
this continue to happen. The vermin who are these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have constantly ransacked my room, my world,
moved things around, cut wires, broke equipment, stole equipment, keep
me awake, lie to others about my medical and physical condition.
ATTENTION freedom loving, proper decent people of the world. I am
begging for help in ending terrorism here in concord California by our
so called protectorates. If anyone were to tell me that all the things
in the past that I have put on news groups I would find it somewhat
unbelievable unless proof and or verifiable details were provided. I
am the 1st to admit that all the things without exception sound
speculative but I have no problem going on any public media live on
camera etc while hooked up to truth detectors with truth serum. Now I
know that I would pass any test and I know all parties on the other
side involved would fail without honor. I keep hearing on television
public access and a program called street smart keep saying that here
in Concord California families come first. I hope that there is NOT 1
person stupid enough to believe it.
I have received 0% help in a positive direction that I am aware of
from the city of Concord or Contra Costa County to permanently forcing
people to leave my family and me alone. I have been treated as an
insentient being. Some county representatives when I told them what is
going on quickly and rudely in front of me ignored my feelings and my
words and quickly asked my family for verification and more. Thusly
painting me as some idiot who has no clue to the truth, I found this
to be the blue print to the rest of the county and city. I also know a
few people now associated with the Concord Police department for years
and know that they are still stirring up more problems and labeling us
as nuts etc with the police department and the police are too IGNORANT
to verify and do a proper police investigation and do what I have been
constantly asking them to do for years. I am still followed everywhere
we go regardless of distance traveled and time spent out of the area.
I am still hounded and haunted by so called officers when I am trying
to sleep as they keep talking and making loud sounds right outside my
window and out of my range of sight and loud enough to wake the dead
with their threats of arrest etc.
It is truly amazing that the CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT when it comes
to HATE CRIMES, CONSPIRACY, ESPIANOAGE, SPYING ON PEOPLE, LIARS and
other wording and accurate term, not only condones, but allows aid and
help the neighbors and others involved in this neighborhood illegal
conspiracy. Another way of law enforcement helping these neighbors of
common sewage is pretending not to hear, pretending not to see,
pretending not to know anything about when my family or I turn for
help. I suggest that those who have shortwave or any listening radios
program in CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT FREQUENCIES. It is truly mind
staggering how ALL law enforcement involved are in REALITY and TRUTH
helping the neighbors in any way, any shape and or in any form they
wish or asked to do for these neighbors. The police also let a group
walking raw untreatable sewage vermin harass me, stalk me, sleep
deprive me, terrorize me, break into our home, tear down no
trespassing and private property signs etc. I also know that the law
enforcement community uses neighbor's homes and property as temporary
bases to spy on me. These same RAW UNTREATABLE SEWAGE VERMIN who are
these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS never at any time given us
the courtesy of talking to me directly. . I have reminded them of so
called 0% tolerance that they boast of hate crimes and crimes against
disable people.
When we are asleep or watching TV late at night the raw untreatable
sewage vermin who are these so called law enforcement officers
illegally invade our property ripping down legal and lawful warning
signs of no trespassing and private property. I keep getting
threatened with arrest for no crimes committed. Also if I don't use
my cane inside my own room and inside our home these walking piles of
common every day raw untreatable sewage vermin who are these so called
law enforcement officers consider it a felony, fraud, fake. I can not
help but to wonder what favors the kids across the street are doing in
return for all the illegal help from law badge carrying common every
day raw untreatable sewage vermin who are these so called law
enforcement officers I am begging for help FROM ANYONE since the
police refuse to help as they should. The police refused to make
arrest as we wanted. I hold the LAW ENFORCEMENT community in Concord
and in Contra Costa County RESPONSIBLE for all the hate still at me
by their own people. I further feel they are responsible to an extent
for all the hate still at me by majority of neighborhood people. I
feel what is needed in this area is real people with a real
professional police department who will be professional and not
patronizing and lying to me and or my family. I DEMAND the ARREST of
all the neighbors taking part in the illegal actions, conspiracy, hate
crimes, and related crimes. I am a real person with human feelings
like the rest of us no better and no worse. I want to be treated with
the same concern and respect as others seem to be shown by our
protectorates.
I see that Law Enforcement in CONCORD and in Contra Costa County
California still lets HATE crimes, Terrorism, Crimes against the
disabled, weak, elderly welcomed and encouraged. Once again the vermin
that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS are in VIOLATION of
our basic rights. We have PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OUT signs in the back
yard area and on the sides of our home. Our signs are constantly
being INTENTIONALLY TORN / RIPPED down by the vermin that is these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.Once again we have had our home and
property INTENTIONALLY VIOLATED by the vermin that is these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. These are the same people who for years
intentionally LIED as they told other people and I quote: "ALL that we
want to do is to talk to him. The vermin that is these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have ILLEGALLY and extremely intentionally
VIOLATED our home by damage that is now over an easy $15-20,000.00.
Our roof of the house has been destroyed by their storm trouper walk
and drilling holes etc all over our home. The vermin that is these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have broken into our home so many
times that it seems like a revolving door that they operate when ever
the mood strikes them to do so. The vermin who are these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who for years been telling people and I quoting:
ALL we want to do is to talk to him. I know that is a LIE because….1
these so called officers since the start of their involvement have
continuously and INTENTIONALLY FAILED to IDENTIFY THEM TO ME.
2: These so called officers since the start of their involvement have
continuously and INTENTIONALLY FAILED to SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY. These
are the same so called law enforcement officers who are still tapping
my telephones, computer, illegally bugging our house, invading our
privacy.
The vermin who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS who feel,
act, behave and conduct themselves that they are above the law, break
the law any time that they wish and how the wish to do so. It is a
clear message to the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES of what the law
enforcement thinks. We ARE the LAW ENFORCEMENT and we will TERRORIZE,
we will commit HATE CRIMES at any time, in any way, in any manner,
using any style and method that we damn will choose.
Since I have been most heinously targeted by these so called law
enforcement officers and the abusive treatment that I am receiving
without a rest proves beyond a doubt that the tax money is NOT needed
for anything connected to law enforcement in this area as its officers
have time to violate the innocent. These officers who do NOT protect
and serve me as I am part of the public have been intentionally been
DENIED proper process as my complaints, letters, calls for help are
and have been intentionally IGNORED. This is now 3 years of this
crap. I have been practically killed due to medical problems on many
occasions due to all the stress and the abusive terrorist tactics by
law enforcement against me. NO OFFICER of any law enforcement agency
has gone to the source of all these problems and arrested, told to
stop and leave me alone or spoke to these neighbors on my behalf.
However I am the target and I have yet to see 1 officer of any law
enforcement agency give me the decency, proper contact etc and speak
to me directly. ALL law enforcement DENIED me the courtesy of
speaking to me, of any concerns or problems that need addressing. ALL
these officers intentionally failed to identify themselves to me.
These are NOT proper or decent officers they ARE TERRORIST! Lies have
been threatened with jail and arrest and worse. The city CONCORD in
California boasts where families come first. WHAT A LIE!
I am asking the public to DEMAND answers from every public, city,
local, county, state and federal official, of how much money is being
paid by this family to law enforcement officers and what favors are
being exchanged for all this illegal, unmoral, unethical, and
unprofessional behavior and illegal actions of these so called law
enforcement officers to let this continue to happen. What favors are
being performed by family members to have these terrorist officers to
try to kidnap, abduct, kidnap me from my own home and take me from my
family. I have committed no crime and for the past 3 years these
unprofessional badge carrying anti honest and decent people have been
helping them.
