(male or female). Share a house on Park Blvd. in Palo Alto
(approx. 4 miles from Stanford) with two young professionals in
their mid-20's and one female professional cat in her mid 2's.
We are looking for someone to hang outwith, so if you want more

Rent: $420/mo.
Deposit: $250
Available: February 1st
Gender: Female or male (non-smoker, please)
The room: 12 x 12, unfurnished, hardwood floors,
roomy walk-in closet.

The house: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2-car garage
(currently used for storage space), large backyard,
garden plot, gardening service 1x/week, all major
appliances/amenities, washer & dryer.
