CONTRACT: Develop Chinese Windows CE 3.0 Application

CONTRACT

Need Native Mainland Chinese speaker to develop prototype (Proof of
Concept) application under Windows CE Version 3.0 for embedded system
using Character Recognition. Must know how to build Simplified Chinese
applications under WinCE 3.0 and be familiar with Chinese Character
Recognition (handwriting) engines supported by Windows CE 3.0. Can
work at home. Full time initially, then part time.

Application is in Visual C++ and/or Visual Basic. Build environment is
Windows 2000/NT. Good English skills.
