In the wake of last year's surprising $425 million acquisition by
Microsoft of internet home appliance innovator WebTV Networks, what
remains of the vision and mission of WebTV's founders? What role does
WebTV's revolutionary technology play in industry giant Microsoft's
navigation of the murky waters of the convergence of computers and
television in the computer market?

a savvy panel of industry experts representing various points of view
regarding the challenges posed by WebTV's integration into Microsoft's
business plans and WebTV's general business strategy.

San Jose Mercury News. Scheduled panelists include Charles Muldow, Vice
President, Media Development at @Home Network, Jeff Mallett, Chief
