Looking for partner

I'm a grad student in EE with systems programming/testing experience.
I live near campus and prefer to meet during the day. I like to
get an early start on assignments to avoid late nights, although
I will spend "all-nighters" to get things to work right. I'm looking for
a programming partner with similar time commitments.
