Several things:
* We've graded the first project and put the results on webclass. If
you have problems accessing this, let us know. Also, if you don't
have a project grade, let us know. Some people neither put their
names in their README's nor sent us their group members. Here's
the people we have no submission for:
Todd Rader
Jiun-Kuei Jung
Andrew Hsieh
Yen-Hsia Chang
* We will only grade your last submission of project #2. You can't
turn in one implementation to get the 5% extra credit for turning in
on Wednesday and then turn in something else on Friday to get the
other extra credits (totalling 15%).
* We're still waiting to get the final SITN midterms in before we post
the midterm solutions.
* My office hours are 2:30 to 4:30 today (shifted half an hour earlier
to help those who want to submit by 5pm).

Congratulations on making it through project #2!
Project #3 is now available on the projects web page. Now that you're
more familiar with the intricacies of Nachos, I expect this project to
be easier for many of you. Note that this is not an invitation to
procrastinate!
We've also posted solutions to the midterm on-line. If you have
specific questions about the exam, contact the person listed by each
question.
